Description
Devise a scheme to eliminate KPs like "removing", "adding", etc and ensure that they are not tagged. Make sure that the trade-off in other books is also handled correctly.
Possible Approaches:
Utilize the fullness_ratio info as the bad header variants are generally a very small part of the document header.
