Issue:
null pointer Exception occurred at getTheLastCreatedOrUpdatedTime() method present in AsyncUpdateBooksService class.

Fix:
Added null check before comparing the timestamps of AsyncUpdateBooks and Added some info logs. MR link - https://gitlab.com/kordale/rapidken-j/-/merge_requests/1302
