Argument: "file":"<file>" get <file> from <bucket> where <bucket> is "<env>-files" where <env> is "edutestdev" "dev" or "edutestqa" "qa" or "rapidken" "prod" depending upon the cloud function's environment. These buckets are available in the respective environments.
